Year 13

– Work Experience Placement (off site if appropriate)

Year 14

– Completed modules for Accreditation- ASDAN Personal Progress at either a Certificate or Diploma level, Arts Award at either Discover or Explore level

– ASDAN Personal Social Development modules completed and either an Award or a Diploma achieved (if appropriate)

– Exciting, creative curriculum, including Creative Arts, Daily Living Skills and Therapies

– Work Experience Placement (off site if appropriate)

– Community based functional skills modules

– Continued college provision, including travel training ( if appropriate)

– Application for adult provision and visits (college/ specialist provision/ day services)

– Leavers showcase and Prom

– Leavers assembly
